2 Year Manufacturer Warranty

General Terms:

This Standard 2 Year Manufacturer Warranty ("Warranty") against defects is provided by SpinPhotoBooths.com, hereafter referred to as the "Manufacturer," and applies to photo booth machines ("Product") purchased directly from the Manufacturer or authorized resellers. This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser ("Customer") and is non-transferable.

Warranty Period:

The Warranty period is two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Any warranty claim must be made within this period.

Warranty Coverage:

During the Warranty period, Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:

a. Repair the Product, using new or refurbished parts,
b. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or
c. Refund the purchase price of the Product.

Shipping Damage Warranty

We provide a shipping warranty against damage during shipping. If your photo booth is damaged during shipment, we will replace the damaged parts. You MUST report shipping damage to us within 24 hours of receipt of your photo booth. It is important that you open your package upon arrival and test it to make sure it is not damaged. If you do not report the shipping damage within 24 hours, the shipping warranty will be void.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This Warranty does not cover:

a. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or mishandling.
b. Damage from exposure to inappropriate environmental conditions (including but not limited to excessive temperature, humidity, moisture, and dust).
c. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembling of the Product.
d. Normal wear and tear.
e. Cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality.
f. Products not purchased from the Manufacturer or authorized resellers.
g. Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to power outages, surges, or natural disasters.
h. Consumable parts, such as bulbs or printing paper, unless a defect is evident upon purchase.

Making a Claim:

To initiate a Warranty claim:

a. Contact us from our contact page
b. Provide a copy of the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
c. Follow the instructions provided by the Customer Support team, which may include returning the Product.

The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for returning the Product to the Manufacturer, and the Manufacturer will cover shipping and handling for sending the repaired or replacement Product to the Customer.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenues, or data, even if the Manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of United States, CA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Implied Warranties:

Any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of this Warranty.

Changes to Warranty:

Manufacturer reserves the right to modify the terms of this Warranty at any time. However, such changes will not affect Products already purchased at the time of the change.
